Online & Mobile web application to help a company track purchase orders

We are a company that manufactures fashion watches. Currently our company maintains scanned copies of all of it's purchase orders in a Dropbox filesystem, separated by different types/categories. We would like to develop a system to help us digitise some of our manual process. We would like to enter the following information:- - Our Proforma Invoice number - Our product's model number - Component's Category - Component's Supplier - Component's Purchase Order (pulled from Dropbox) A product may have anywhere from 2 to 5-6 different Components and have different purchase orders for each one. Immediate tasks we want to be able to accomplish with this system:- - Have a easily searchable database of purchase orders by model/invoice/supplier - Be able to easily see and navigate to related POs from there --- i.e. Be able to click on a product's model number to see all POs of that product --- Be able to click on a supplier's name to see all POs with that supplier --- Be able to click on a invoice, to see see all product's and their related POs as thumbnails - Be able to mark/indicated a product has been assembled - Be able to mark/indicate a product has been shipped This web app would be hosted in a subdomain along with our website. It would need to be viewable in a browser and mobile (iphone/ipad). The web app would need a basic user management system to prevent authorised access to the system. Functionality we would like to have or add in future depending on cost/time:- - Keep track of milestone dates for each component and be able to track them (outstanding, achieved, has issued, etc). - Be able to easily see components that are having issues using a colour-coded system (green, orange, red, or similar). - Be able to print out search or reports summarising issues - Assign issues to different users/staff to follow up Specifications/Requriements:- - PHP + SQL database - Bootstrap (optional)
