Hi, 1) We want an online chat on our website. As soon as a visitor comes on our website, our online chat automaticaly starts and ask the visitor "Thank you for visiting our website, is there anything We can help?" Only if we are online. If we are offline then it still should be there but visitor should be able to leave a message. If they start the chat then fine or if they close the chat, a small box should be there for the chat at all time on all the pages of our website. 2) Also we are looking to create a new contact us page with 4 or 5 fields max i.e Name, Company, Number, Email, etc We want this done as soon as possible. There is a perfect chat system for what you want called Tawk. It's sometimes tricky to implement though, and has a lot of setup, but I use it on all of my sites that need a chat system. I can do this for you in about a day or so. Chat me up if you want to know more, thanks for the opportunity.
