Need a mobile game in Unity, follow simple UX diagram

I want you to code the simple game concept described in the diagram.
If you have design skill that is a bonus.
I expect the game to look at least as good as the UX diagram.
2D is good, 3D is great, mix 2D/3D is the best.
My company plans to release this game as part of a Game Pack on both app stores and on the web with the perfect .com already reserved.
This is just the first step to a larger role and many more cool projects.
Think of this as first introductions.
Introduce yourself and show me an honest portfolio or better yet a working demo.
