My budget for this is $50 - IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS BUDGET THEN DO NOT APPLY I am looking to hire a GRAPHIC DESIGNER who has specializes in web layouts. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A CODER OR PROGRAMMER..
