FULL NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT SIGNATURE AND PROOF OF IDENTITY REQUIRED.
I am basically looking to create a website which in essence needs most of the functionality of Airbnb. I am looking for a very attractive UI with google maps integration / Facebook Login and filter optionality (distance, cost, type etc.).
The website and app should have the optionality to create a profile and create postings (for people offering some good/product/ etc. (further details given after NDA) with the optionality to filter by Where, What, Who, Why, and When (non-exhaustive list).
Lastly the website and app should have an attractive chat optionality to contact the poster and if a posting has a cost to have a payment function. All chats and postings need to be stored centrally.
Also, every new user will need to go through a proof of Identity which is then reviewed by a moderator (there thus must exist a moderation mode which can only be accessed with specific credentials).
This Project requires substantial design and website/ App creation skills whereas further details will only be provided upon signature of an NDA.
Preferred treatment will be given to well established Freelancers in the EU which agree to provide full details on their qualifications and examples of websites they have created. You must undergo a Proof of identity and sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.
