Matrimonial Site with Database Setup & Data Entry

I need a matrimonial..layout/search criteria should be similar to a shiamatchdotcom site...Later, when the site is completed, it should have back end admin support and I should be able to easily maintain, change the db fields according to my needs from time to time. I should be able to add/remove site details, tabs etc. The top menu items/tabs should be: HOME | ABOUT US | REGISTRATION | VIDEO LIBRARY | PICTURE GALLERY | PAST EVENTS | CONTACT US The site will have the following features: 1-Home page with event details (main page) 2-Registration page i.e. Form submission (I will provide you with the form questions) 3-Video Gallery (videos of past events can easily be added later) 3-Picture Gallery (pictures of past events can easily be added later) 4-Past Events (this will just provide information of what and how many events on what date happened. 5- Contact Us....(simple text and and integrated email, the user should be able to send emails from the site.) 6- Database setup for user submitting form data with photos, audio or video clips, attachments & personal information---this you will design according to the fields on the form which I will send you later) 7- We already have a domain setup for this along with facebook and twitter accounts so I want you to be able to provide a link to connect to these social medias. I should be able to add more If I need to myself...it should be easy to manage. Let me know if you have any questions..thank you!
