I have some online business which needs programming from time to time. so I am looking for 2 to 3 people or companies with good php, mysql, ajax, javascript, html, css skills to work on small projects from time to time on a long term basis as programmer or website administrator.
I am looking for someone to create a long term trust relationship. Some characters that need for a long term relationship include integrity, honest, professionalism, and good programming skills. I am emphasizing these because my business is an ongoing business and I do want to have long term working relationship.
Also, I want someone with good coding habits. Prefer someone who can document the coding, will pay attention to details and test the coding before sending to review, and someone with creative ideas and can make contribution to the website design, coding, etc.
I am at the beginning of my business. So the budget is limited. So I prefer people with lower hourly rate.
