LONG TERM GRAPHIC DESIGN - FLYER / LOGO / ADS

I need someone who I can hire as a long term graphic designer
You will work on a ton of different graphic design work such as flyers, logos, social media ads and more.
TASK:
2 logos - 10$ each
1flyer - 3-5$
3-4 social media ads - 15-20$ (for all)
TIME:
3 HR per design
REQUIREMENTS:
-fluent in english
-responsive and available everyday including weekends
-can work for very low competitive prices
-can work quickly
-can create design ideas without being given instructions
You need to be able to provide quality work, if you aren't amazing, then don't waste both of our time. I have had to hire many freelancers before and many of them were terrible.
You must be able to complete the work for the quoted price and in the quoted time.
