LOGOS, Favicons, Corporate Identity Package (Brand Identity) required for A New Holding Company for other businesses.
Required for one (1) company - LOGOS, Favicons, Social Media Images complete Corporate Identity Package (Brand Identity) for a new Holding Company for other businesses.
1. Logos to be created for use with and without the .com or INC. attached. Logos to be made to show on light colours such as white backgrounds and another logo to show on dark colours such as black backgrounds.
2. Favicons required for various web browsers. (We will need to also have the logo in a reversed Image of Logo along with the regular logo.)
3. Resize and save all logos for ALL social media platforms and create cover pages for them also. (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, snapchat, Tik Tok, to name a few...)
3. Complete Corporate Identity Package (Brand Identity) to be created
4. To provide all documents required to trademark logos and names at completion.
5. Logo to be created in a LONG FORM and in a SHORT FORM....
(eg. Long form - SOMETHING INVESTMENTS INC.
Short Form:
SOMETHING
INVESTMENTS INC.)
6. We require, for everything created, the original, un-flatten, system files (i.e. .eps, .ai, .psd, etc.) with all colors separated upon completion and delivered before final payment.
7. We require proper labeling of all files created and presentation to us for the color pallets in both RGB and Hex code and for all files created.
8. We require that you submit to us the complete font set used for future use by us (that we can legally use).
9. Will require logos saved in 6 sizes of various resolution qualities and saved as .PDF, .JPEG (.JPG), .PNG, .BMP, .GIF & .TIFF file formats and properly labeled for use in business including for each social media use.
10. All Rights to these logos and all work provided will be owned by me and no claim to these logos or designs can be brought by the graphic artist or designing company. The graphic artist to pass all Right over to me to use the product as we choose. I require that I will own 100 percent of the Intelectual Property and require that the graphics artist sign the full IP Rights over to us at completion.
11. Graphic Artist to be very creative and works really fast. All graphics created or used in our job MUST be 100 percent legal for us to use freely and commercially and no one or no company should have any Rights attached to these graphics or designs but me.
12. There must be no watermarks on the work created for us from the graphics artists or company doing these logos and works.
13. Timeline for completion of job from the day assigned = 4 days. Work must be started from day 1 and we will work together DAILY to get this done. We will not wait for 4 days to get this job started as it MUST be completed within 4 days from the date of the awarding of the job. Financial penalties are involved for late delivery and this will be negotiated up front before agreement is finalized.
14. State any warranty, changes period and terms & condition allowed after completion as we may need some changes or adjustments after delivery.
15. plus any other thing usually expected in the supply and delivery of a Corporate Identity Package (Brand Identity) and logos.
16. Please provide samples of your GRAPHIC DESIGN WORKS ONLY for consideration with your quote!
