Image Editing, Website Design

I have some images which requires strong editing and should look very attractive . my customer should feel something something real when they look at the product image. The image should be labelled. Once all images are finalized i need a website design home + 10 inner pages design, which again should be high quality graphic and should feel great when one looks at the images. my budget is fixed 1000 Rs for above all these graphic works. If i feel good service, i might contact back for further requirements. No quality compromize. The website theme is of designing a portfolio for a fashion designer.
