Help setting up Social Media accounts

We will be starting a social media campaign shortly for our Financial planning practice, we need help setting up or optimizing the following areas of our online presence. Although the initial project is simply to setup and optimize the accounts and platforms, there may be additional work at a later date to help publish content and attract visitors. Please do not quote for these services as that is outside the scope of the initial project. 1 - Optimize our Facebook page, add appropriate description and details. 2 - Create and set up a Twitter page, although our plans are to mostly focus on FB, we do want the ability to publish to this media. 3 - Create and setup a Instagram account, similar to the Twitter comment, not sure we will be using this account as first. 4 - add a blog component page to our existing website so that when using our Hootsuite account, we can also publish to our website. FYI, our site uses Joomla as the backend. 5 - We would likely want help with design components of all media and make minor image changes to our website. Optimize all social media images, I believe resizing will be necessary. 6 - Modify our existing website to incorporate links to our social media accounts. 7 - We are open for advice and recommendations and will require some additional training.
