Genealogy/Family Tree

Need a simple website to build and display Genealogy/Family Tree. Essentially there is plenty of desktop solutions available but there is only few that are meant to be hosted on the website. The goal is to combine all of those solutions and functionality from a desktop environment and convert that into a simplified plain looking website. Don't need fancy pretty graphics, just a decent XML management and visualization that is tailored to Family Tree type of data. Family members will login and submit change request which admins will later review and commit to the main XML file is all is correct. When person is added on the tree, certain values can be selected from dropdown list or can be manually added with autocomplete function. So value names that are used in the family tree will slowly be added in recently used and become available for selection when another name is added. Any programming language or prebuilt libraries that would be used MUST be of latest version. I understand lot of you here like to use Bootstrap which is fine as long as it is latest version. Requirements are: - Use XML file to store the family data - Written in HTML5 and latest PHP - User management system: signup and login. Without correct username and password the family tree cannot be viewed. Once user is registered he becomes assigned to a family branch. Users that do not belong to anyone's branch can start their own family branch. - Need lot of values that similar desktop software has in relation to each person. We will be looking at currently available solutions and try to match the functionality. - Ability to visualize and sort and change view types and filters. - Ability to add photos, documents and audio files to each family member. In XML database store the path to the file. Have description fields to each upload to explain what it is and how it came to be. - Ability to see recent changes - Design this whole project in a way that would make it easy to add functionality in the future. - Ability to change background colors and colors per each person on the chart - Utilize color coding and color organization - All communication about this project must stay on Freelancer messaging system. No skype! - This is a low budget project, if you are going to bid 2,500 CAD then don't bother, I can't afford much. Project needs to be completed before July.
