Freelancer designing 10 dot based images sample

Thank you for bidding for the conversion of 10 images into dots-circles based images I attached a sample conversion of Charlie Chaplin (body+face) together with the original image (similar to what you will receive) and the converted outcome (which you will need to deliver) in original classic colors. I also attached samples of the other conversions to further demonstrate the technique as well as the other colors and the black and white you will be expected to deliver (black and white the using Photoshop photocopy effect) The images you will receive usually fall into one of these categories: Celebrities/icons, face/body Portraits (any), face/body Sports figures in dynamic movement, face/body Animals Surrealistic images Please note: 1. The printer prints images averaging 100cm x 200cm in size, your files should be delivered for that size print, 4 color 300dpi JPG and one contiguous vector file, with the necessary print resolution, final files can be sent via dropbox or similar web service 2. You can assign any size dot-circle from 1mm and any color you like to the created dots allowing for maximum visual effect, keep the dynamic interplay between the dots and the number of dots and range of dot sizes as per the sample Charlie Chaplin 3. Each conversion/file should come in 4x 300dpi jpg colors options, classic (original), metallic, phosphorous, pastel and black and white w/Photo copy effect and 1x vector in the original color 4. You can use any algorithm, script, java or manual rendering techniques you like to create the conversion as long as you follow these guidelines: 5a. The dots-circles can be sized from 1mm - keep the dynamic interplay between the dots, the dot diameter sizes and the number of dots as per the sample Charlie Chaplin, the conversions cannot appear cartoonish 5b. The image (dots-circles) can not appear computer generated or pixilated, in other words no perfect asymmetry, they image should appear hand illustrated with dynamic interplay between the dots [url removed, login to view] can incorporate your own artistic "flare" or interpretation adding a unique dramatic effect 7. You will receive the 10 ideas for images in the form of low-mid resolution jpg images, they may be icons (celebrities), imaginary, sports figures, tribal figures, abstract or landscape scenes or other concepts 8. Once you are contracted you will be required to sign an NDA/NCA agreement 9. Milestones will be set for 50% preview of the each design and when approved another 50% for the final files

ok, i am sending your portfolio to the client for approval .. it usually takes 3-4 hours.. after that i will set up a "for-hire" for $200 with the first conversion's milestone
