Fix my WordPress site layout

Hi, I just built a WP site based on a free theme, and I'm in general happy with that theme. However, I need a PSD file because:
1) Several text and graphic items need to be aligned and reordered so content shows nicely on PC and mobile. Current site renders awful.
2) Some color changes (menu and header color, maybe font colors, etc.).
