2 digital designs

I am looking for a kick ass graphic designer and/or animator to design the following images:

#1: Cartoon Dry Cleaning bag walking to a dry cleaning store

#2: Cartoon "Dry Cleaning Bag" character getting squished by a mountain of clothes

Some more details if you wish to do a preliminary sketch:

a) The bag will be black, it will have our logo on it (.ai file with logo will be provided)

b) The bag will be a "living character": it will have a mouth, eyes, arms, legs, etc.

c) For image #1: there will be shops in the background, one of the shops will be a dry cleaning store

Upon project award I will provide you with a WORD document, explaining what we want exactly, but I expect you to have some input as well.

I would like to know the following from your quote:

1. The cost of this project WITHOUT animation (static .jpeg + source files)

2. The cost of this project WITH animation (gif or other + source files)

3. The number of revisions that I would get

4. The turnaround time

5. Your portfolio and/or past experience as a designer

6. Your "project plan", including:

a) What I need to provide you

b) When/if we need to meet

c) How long it will take you for the first draft

d) How many revisions you will perform
