Design 2 T-Shirts - 2 Designs

I would like to have 2 t-shirt design ideas brought to life as I don't seem to have the time or skills to make it happen. 1st Design is based on a Rubik's Cube with some custom Text in the standard Rubik font, it will be very similar to the attached image. 2nd Design is based on the iconic "I Heart NY" T-Shirt, with a stylized heart and different subject matter. I will require 2 different designs for this one, but the only difference between the 2 will be some additional text (1 word) at the bottom. I have a clear image of what I want the final product to be and will provide detailed explanations and some sketches to the person who completes this project, In reality this should be a rework of an existing design, not that I mean to downplay your contribution. As such both designs should be very straightforward, and to be completely upfront I don't see a lot of scope for a personal touch or artistic licence. OK, and the legal stuff (I'm happy to discuss this part further is need be, I haven't hired a freelance designer before and my intention is not to offend)....Given that I have "sketches" already of the design I want, this is to be a work-for-hire based project, and as such would want to transfer to me all right, title and interest in the work. I don't expect this to be revolutionary or a significant commercial design, I just want to know that this design is mine and won't show up somewhere without my approval. I would like the final design to be delivered as a Photoshop .PSD file. Thanks in advance to anyone who submits a bid.
