Design a logo

Need a simple logo. I inserted a picture showing what I was shooting for, obviously even though I have a adept knowledge in Paint a more attractive version would be better. The four boxes in the middle if I had to describe would look like Microsofts logo but there will be a picture in the boxes. A person, a heart, a dollar sign (could be 3 of them a lot of flexibility in this), and a syringe or it could be a hospital. Doesn't have to be in a particular order. No borders on the boxes. If you could also do a variant where a box or two has trailing particles that would be interesting. Thank you, Jesse.
