Design a for sale/let board with an new logo

Established estate agent with strong brand identity, we are looking for a striking sale board design incorporating a new logo. There are 3 agents in the group so we will require the same design but in 3 different brands, they share the same scheme so it is only a name change.
The primary colours are Purple and gold but you can introduce colour to enhance the design. For Sale and To Let should be prominent and we will require "Slips" the cards that overlay when a property is Sold or Let these can be in reverse colours or to your choice, avoid any complicated design where the slips will overlay as this will be potentially difficult to align.
The brand do not have a logo as such and we would like something that we can incorporate into all our materials including the sale boards. No line art houses please and this is for the UK market
The boards can be square or rectangular only no shapes and the default font is FSAlbert.
Any questions I'm happy to answer, if successful we will be looking to work together on other design projects for various marketing materials on an ongoing basis.
