Create database within website

I need to look into the website and the code which calculates the value in realtime. I then will know the amount of work to be done for the backend database and then frontend of those value showed for users. SO let me analyse it first and then tell you price and time for this. I am a PHP/MYSQL expert with 15+ years of experience in programming. Discuss with me please.

Hello, Based on the information you gave it's hard to guess what might be the reason for that problem, there too much things that can cause it. The best approach is to find and fix it. I think that creating a database is the last thing to do. The calculations by itself couldn't be the reason except you're geting some information from remote server. Off course if you insist I'll create a database to store the results. Hi! Based on the limited info you give, I'm fairly certain a "database approach" won't solve your problem. See, simple calculations like subtracting numbers from each other is nearly no work at all for modern processors. So, your problem is more likely to be program logic that makes multiple, redundant queries to fetch prices.
