I want someone to create a cartoon face from the Photos i have and replace it properly on the cartoon image. I have created this business for my Sister and want to gift it to her. The only thing remaining is replacing the head of the cartoon character with my sister's head but in cartoon format. I am attaching a zip file with some of her close up pics in it. The final delivery of the file needs to be in CDR format or Illustrator vector format only. Please note that i want only face created and replaced in the [login to view URL] file.
