building a gaming website

I am looking to improve a current website of mine that is already up and running I have done really well so far but I want to take it to the next level with a lot of ideas I don't know how set up here is my current website [login to view URL] My website is a gaming website based on ps4 with the game fifa 19 its a football game where someone manages the team and signs all his friends up to the team and competes in the league on my website there is a lot of these websites out there and I want to blow everyone out the water and be the top place where everyone goes there is a lot of ideas and its a very complicated project First of all the theme is all wrong for what I want. what I was aiming for was a navigation bar bar at the top scrolling images with text a video about the site and 3 different sections to add what the site can do for people. When people sign for there clubs at the moment we do it as the manager puts a post up to sign a player the player confirms it in the forums and then an admin puts them on the time I would like an automated system where you can send a contract to anyone on the site that's not banned or signed for someone else with wages that comes off the clubs budget this you get for playing matches and finishing competitions getting prize money the you should else be able to send a position where you want them to play and a length of the contract 1-5 seasons which would be come off every time we set a new league up and if there on 1 season left they would get released from there contract and become a free agent. when it comes to game time a manager needs to be able to submit a team sheet of players he is using in his team in the formation he is using then after the game the manager submits the score and stats of each player if the scores match the league table gets updated automatically if not then it goes to a dispute for an admin to deal with there to be a manager area for managers to go to and access all this stuff and a player area for everyone else so they can accept/see there contract there to be a club page that tells you all the info of players and who the manager is budget ect and the players stats so far that season such as goals ect there to be team of the week where each stat is worth points then most points in each position would get team of the week which would reset each week then team of the season which would continue until end of the season each user must have a profile that they can edit with information about them where they play bio names skype ect there to be a section to upload your best goals for goal of the week a section where you can see all the latest transfers that have gone through where they come from where they going and how much for a leader board page for top scores ect and to see who the best player in each position all stats must be added to there profile and achievements they can pick up as scoring 100 league goals something for all users to look for. A shoutbox for everyone to chat with that admins can mute users from if they misbehave different cup competitions for the teams past teams they played for to be added to users profiles scrolling text of the teams results after the games and an easy way to ip ban users so they don't come back and track users who have banned accounts on there ip and a forum for people to post trials for teams or players looking for teams general chat and to have graphic designs that people can set up a store and sell that is most of the things I want the improvements of my current site to have I will answer any questions anyone has because I do understand how confusing this is to people who are not involved in it
