build me a website for our school

We are looking for a web developer to build a great website for a new preK to 2nd grade school in Austin, TX. We have the domain name and the website hosting company (A2 Hosting) selected. We'd like the website to be modeled after [login to view URL], with the following changes: 1. The website should be smart-phone/tablet friendly. 2. Calendar should be interactive and not a PDF 3. Don't have to adhere to every point there, but [login to view URL] is a good reference 4. Please use the carousel on the main home page as in: [login to view URL] 5. Let's remove Service from the main menu and put it under Signature Prgrams 6. Let's rename Communication as News in the main menu. And change the News in its submenu to Headlines 7. List the main menu on the top right with a "|" separating them as in: [login to view URL] 8. Highlight the main menu and sub-menus selected as in: [login to view URL] 9. Show the submenus of the main menu on hover (by the cursor) as in: [login to view URL] 10. Use similar colors as in: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] But, just make the purple, green and teal a little lighter. Please also note the colors used for the background and the side menus. 11. Include picture links for top 3 programs in the middle of the home page as in: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 12. The website will have about 25-50 or so pages with brief/moderate content on each, 1 picture carousel, about 10 or so pictures and no more than 2 videos. 13. Moderate styling, a responsive design, no more than 25 or so SEOs with some placement guarantee 14. should be able to accept credit cards for school donations, moderate database integration for student transcripts and portal, and some standard CMS (optional) Thanks, Srinivas
