Build a Website - Docbook PHP Javascript XML

Looking for software engineer, who is aware of Docbook and preferably worked on deploying it. Project involves 2 part. 1. Simple part - In this, create GIT set up for a new project which shall use php, laravel, Javascript, Jquery, docbook and docbook required utilities on Linux like set up. Docbook required utilities means tools needed to compile docbook in to other desired format. 2 are minimum prefered PDF and HTML. So there should be scheme, where all 3rd party code with reside in tree like PHP, Laravel, extra. Where all new code in php-mvc, js, jq shall go. Also where all html, php pages and data shall go, including any minimum needed planning for MYSQL DB. 2. Docbook Online editing (Second part) - It is assumed that on webserver, by help of part 1, any docbook is available as html files by local translation at webserver itself. Now this html file based manual is sent to web browser on any user request. For now assume, all users have all same privileges but login is needed. User like to edit or correct some part of docbook, it is reading on browser. Note User had got mere HTML file only. User press some button to switch mode to edit. Then performs edit on it. Then press submits. On Submit, preferably only change information / portion shall go back to from HTML DOM and at server corresponding change should happen in docbook XML file and then it should update HTML file at server and then reload new HTML file at browser. Before submit, preview is desired but for now optional. Alternatively: If possible and some Javascript freeware exists to translate [login to view URL] to HTML at browser itself, is also acceptable. Then it may be easy to patch change on source XML file with the edited diff. More details later.
