Hi, I'm looking for a freelancer who have excellent skill with Wordpress, HTML,CSS and Responsive design. I have ongoing project only for right freelancer who understand the timeframe, cost, and their responsibility.
Let me explain you something. It will be help you to work with me.

What we can do?
1. We will set a fixed price cost based on the project.
2. We will set a time frame for the project.
3. We will discuss job details in skype or freelancer message board.
4. We can set some penalty if you delivery the project lately.
5. We will set milestone payment.
6. We will end contract when we understand that you outsourcing our project to another company or freelancer.
What we can't do?
1. We can't increase project cost after we agreed cost.
2. We can't give you excellent feedback if you don't do good job.
3. We can't increase the project deadline.
4. We can't release the payment before work done. So don't request for payment before the job is done.
5. We can't request you for work on our project every time. If you think we have to do that then don't apply or we are ready for report to freelancer.
I hope everything is clear for you. If you do not understand any point then you can ask me. In the middle of the project if you request for increase payments and deadline then my responsibility is to report to freelancer.com and end contract immediately.
