Add special effect to some video footage

I am assisting with a charity pro bono project and need a special effect added to some footage urgently please.
We have the footage (below) and want to make the orb metallic gold on a plain black background.
Also the footage needs to be edited to counter the zoom, so the orb remains the same size the entire time and makes for a more seamless loop.
Have also uploaded an image of the colour & type of metallic gold effect we are after for the final product.
