I need a short 3-4 seconds animated vídeo spot

Ok, here is the details, I need to make a short animated vídeo spot to publish on my facebook. It is a very easy job. I have a 2 seconds audio. It is a voice sayin 2 words.... ¨Sin Delantaaal¨ This word suposse to come from a chef from a restaurant. So In the vídeo I need an animated cheff maybe ringing a bell carying a pizza or a food/kitchen accessory saying the word ¨Sin Delantaaal¨ (my audio mp3 spot that I have) I will add the file of the chef of my restaurant so youo can have an idea of what you can do. This is a very very low budget project, is only to publish on facebook. So my budget is only 15usd. I know is not much but now is all I can do, if intersted bid on my project.
