Wordpress multisite where customers can pay monthly fee to have their own site (subdomains)

I would like a website designed where interested customers can sign up for a monthly subscription to have a website hosted.

Each website will have a coffee e-commerce shop with the same 12-15 products. The customers must be able to link their site up to their own PayPal account to accept payments. I will not get any percentage of the customers sales, only the monthly fee.

The customers should have an option to choose between maybe 5 pre designed templates with the option to design their own template if they have knowledge.

I would like one central website where customers can go and enter a reference number that will take them to a customers site. (I have attached a sample of how this page may look)

For example, John wants to use my site to sell his coffee so he comes to [login to view URL] (example domain only) and pays $9.99 recurring fee to create an account with his own subdomain. He now opens up [login to view URL] and can choose his own template and sell his coffee. He is also given a reference number so he doesnt always have to use his entire domain name. His reference number is 1212. Now people can go to the central website ([login to view URL] ) and enter 1212 in the box and it takes them to his page.
