Family Reunion Website

I need a Website which is about Family Reunion. The idea is as follows - • You would log onto the website and set up a new reunion • The first page would have all of the typical tabs along the top(ie .About Us;FAQ;Log In/My Reunion; etc.) • There would be a button in the middle of the page (Start a new reunion plan) • The next page it goes to would be the details (Reunion name; dates; location; participants; food; swag; activities; notes) • This might be one page that has blank lines that you can fill in, or may want to be separate tabs that you can continue to update information on • The following pages would be determined by how the information page goes; I have different ideas depending on the ease of the site • You will need to be able to share links to the page with a password (created by the original owner) that can be sent to all of the participants or just family representatives • I also think there needs to be something that everyone can see easily (like a spreadsheet of some sort) when you click on your particular Reunion • I want the site to be super user-friendly since I imagine that some of the client base will be older or less computer savvy" Both design and development is required. Budget is of importance. I will not entertain any proposals which cross the budget.
