Convert iBooks Author to InDesign for Paperback Publishing

I recently published a digital cookbook and I've had several requests for a paperback copy. I created the book using iBooks Author (so you will need that program) and I need it converted to InDesign so I can publish it using CreateSpace by Amazon and any future publisher programs. The book is currently landscape formatted but I need it to be portrait for the paperback. It is about 57-60 pages. You will probably be able to just copy and paste most of it. I need someone with experience in both programs and preferably CreateSpace to convert the book and make sure it is set up correctly. Please respond with the word "cookbook".
