I need to design a classy sophisticated marketing brochure to sell a piece of real estate in PowerPoint. The brochure would need to have a creative touch and i would provide pictures and text to be inserted. Once the layout and pictures and text are placed, there will be a few revisions to the pictures (may need to overlay a grid showing certain parcels that are not avaialble). the total brochure will be 10-20 pages. I will later pdf the powerpoint and send it out to various clients.
