Reproduce calendar from existing design

I'm looking for a desktop publisher wizard to help with a quick and easy task to produce a document which you might find useful too! :)

Here's the brief:

I would like you to produce a document, which can also be exported as PDF that reproduces the calendar format of this example:

The document should mirror the same format; a single page with a box for every day of the year. Organised into two major columns and further aligned by days of the week, labelled on top. Simply copy the format of this example. You can, however remove the title and footer.

Use A4 portrait format for the document. I will later print it in A1 size.

You can use whatever software you like to produce this. I would like to receive the raw format + PDF export.

Please include the password "pasta" in your bid. Proposals without the password will be ignored. Bids failing to demonstrate understanding of the document also be ignored.

This should be a quick, simple and fun task for someone who knows what they're doing. It's a fixed price project, but there could be opportunities to work together in the future.

You will be more likely to be hired if you can demonstrate your skills be showing that you understand the requirements and have already planned out the task.

You will see that I have a long standing reputation on Freelancer.com and that freelancers have had a successful working relationship with me.

To set expectations; this is a simple task that doesn't require creative design skills. I do not expect the cost to go over $15. Additional milestones can be offered if the scope expands – which is quite unlikely.
