splash page(repost)

I need one splash page that can be colour customised to work well with each of the skins (current and future) my site has. You should supply all html with all colour settings and image selection in css so each skin will have its own version of your splash page. You need only supply one image set and one set of html/css, I will customise for each skin. The splash will be on the home page of <[login to view URL]> and should be for the blank space (818 wide with variable height). All images should be customisable for each of the skins that the site has, so you should supply images as psd files with all layers including one or more that control the overall colour theme of the image. The key purpose of the splash page is to generate registrations. I may pick more than one bidder. Content is attached. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
