Brochure Design - Law

I am looking for a long term associate for good brochure design with very fast turnaround time and low costs.

My current requirement is that of a law/ lawyer based brochure to be designed ... size will be 7" x 8" and will have 2 Sections (divided into 8 pages including cover and back)

Please bid on current requirement ... but remember need very fast turnaround time...
