With a Degree in GIS / Remote Sensing from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, i have 5+ Years of experience working on Remote Sensing projects that involved working with multiple Sensors. I have experience in Spatial Analysis & Modelling.I am efficient in using GIS Softwares like ArcGIS Desktop , Erdas Imagine , Envi , IDL.

My team (Astio-Koncept) comprise of expertise in the area of climate science and urban studies. However, we have undertaken several projects using ArcGis 10, Erdas, and ENVI softwares. Some of such Projects include extraction of Land surface Temperature from both landsat and Modis satellite, we have also worked on Derivation of Landscape Disturbance index and NDVI, Normalized Difference Built-up Index(NDBI), Leaf Area Index(LAI) etc. Also, we have organised several trainings in which we have recorded and produced step-by-step tutorials of our trainings. We believe with our vast experience in research and consultancy, that if granted this project, we intend to deliver at the shortest possible time (say 35hrs in week)

I have been working in the field of remote sensing and GIS for more than 6+ years and am well aware of different indexes that relate to landscape disturbances. I have licensed software of ArcGIS, Erdas Imagine, ENVI and Matlab. I believe that your project can be easily carried out in either ArcGIS, for parcel based landscapes, or Matlab for raster based repetitive processes. I currently work at a government organziation and have completed related projects: like the landuse and landcover mapping for the whole country in Ecognition, Thematic oriented classification of various cities and others.
