Geologist needed in Namibia

I am representing a Geologist with extensive experience in the field and who is competent to deliver on the project. He has previously worked as a senior geologist at a consulting firm in Namibia, Geomine to be specific. Presently, he is working as a private consultant and therefore is able to do independent work of this nature. I am bidding on his behalf, since he is not acquainted with freelancer but he will do the work. I will supervise the project to make sure it’s completed within the timeframe specified and that it is within the budget.
