Most personal assistants carry out routine office tasks, including transcription, answering phones, record keeping, data entry, and addressing any customer concerns. Other duties depend on assistant's organization and industry; for example, a personal assistant for a non-profit organization may be responsible for contacting donors, drafting grant proposals, and working with community leaders to plan fundraising events. Regardless of industry, personal assistants must have strong oral and written communication skills in their work negotiating with supervisors, clients, and customers. In addition, they must be able to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Finally, personal assistants need to be helpful and loyal to the goals of the business. Personal Assistant Tasks : -Serve as the primary contact person and subject matter expert for program policies and procedures. -Act as the representative for the program to internal and external partners, and respond to inquiries. -Coordinate with upper management to define program goals and fiscal objectives. -Perform administrative support duties, manage program or office documentation, and coordinate conference calls or travel arrangements.

You mentioned program policies? Mind explaining the background of your organisation and the policies youve mentioned? Other than calls, meeting calendars, travel arrangments, and relating with other personnel, would you require an in face assistant? Or is this simply virtual? As a dedicated, well organised project administrator, i know i possess the necessary skills to multi task ans operate within a multi faceted environment, but it would have to be virtually. I've assisted CSR's for vehicles, insurance agents, and electrical contractors in similar environments, and have been successful at managing calls, logs, meetings, travel arrangements, project schedules, met deadlines, all on a virtual front.
