I want to find a freelancer who can explain me the PRACTICAL side of the freelancer.com reputation system, the stars for the freelancers, the ammounts of reviews and the success rates. Then, The freelancer will help me fix my reputation, if possible. To apply to this job, I will only consider freelancers with more than 90% success rate and more than 4.7 stars and AT LEAST 100 Jobs done. This job will be paid per hour and basically we will do a video call on Skype, where you will share your screen and explain me how things work, and fix my reputation, I have a very low completion rate, I was using other platforms and posting jobs in all of them... So, now the system thinks I am not going ahead with my jobs, somehow. I also want to learn how to post appealing jobs, and maybe find some jobs for myself also.

Hi, Perhaps I can help. I am almost what you are looking for. You will not see 100 jobs on my profile, but i have done more than that. I also have the same 5 star, top rated, reputation on upwork too. One more thing, I am with Freelancer, as their freelance employee. So, I kind of understand many things which perhaps a normal freelnacer does not understand. I can certainly help you on posting jobs too. It has more to do with what you write there than your reputation. I will be happy to pass on what all understanding I have. keen to discuss.
