Solidity Flash Loans monitor

Need a method to monitor under collateralized flash loans that will monitor Aave. The finish product will have a spread sheet or a web page that will highlight a potential situation to liquidate a under collateralized flash as explained by Aave. Before proceeding, lets chat more about the details. After speaking with a few people here I am now updating my requirements in hopes that it will clarify my needs a bit more.... I think I would like to be able to see how many possible liquidations that might occur on a minute by minute basis's or as fast as I can without costing any monthly fees. I would also like to see if there is a liquidation, then track the liquidation to show the currency that was liquidated, how much was liquidated, the gas fees and finally the profit made on the liquidation. I would think that would be entirely possible by simple use of the blockchain. As to the format, my simple mind tells me to have to loaded or sent to Excel spread sheet but there might be a much better way to view and evaluate the log. I am open to any ideas.
