Ok - sorry for those who bid on my previous project - I had to make a couple changes to my description:
I am looking for an advanced Flash developer who can turn this around within 3-4 days. I would like to have the following Video Chat interface recreated - but split into two separate applications - 1 for chat and the user list and the other for just the 4 audio/video displays:

The only difference that I can see (aside from cosmetic) is the ability to select a user from the "Active Users" list and send private messages.
I would like to bring the "Ring" option from the downloadable FLA to this new version - and enable it to work for all users or the selected user only. I would also like to enable auto-login for chat - users accessing this will already be authenticated. The video app should require the user to login.
Final swf must be Flash 6 compatible - like the file provided. Payment will be made immediately upon completion of the project... I do not deal with escrow.
