We are currently upgrading our "create your own website" system and are needing to develop 1 new DYNAMIC website template for each of the following categories: Note: Although we would like some Flash in the site we do not want or require the entire site to be done in Flash. We would like to only have some moving images or a Flash Header Image. The main focus of the site needs to be a Header Image done with some type of Flash Feature, a dominant place on the site for Company Name, Address, and Phone Number. Although these are templates we do not want them to look like a template. We would like them to have a unique look. * 3 VERSIONS OF TEMPLATES FOR CHURCHES WITH THE FOLLOWING IDEAS FOR EACH ONE: 1.)We would like one template to have rays of light coming down through clouds and then I cross slowly rise up as part of the Flash feature on this site. 2.)We would like an image of a choir singing (we will provide example images). 3.)We would like image of organ pipes in a church (we will provide example images). * 2 Versions of Templates for VETERINARY PRACTICES with the following ideas for each one: 1.)Images of Agriculture animals (horses, cows, and also images of dogs & cats) 2.)Images of Birds, Reptiles, and also dogs & cats. * 3 VERSIONS OF A BAR/NIGHT CLUB SITE WITH THE FOLLOWING IDEAS FOR EACH ONE: 1.)A MARTINI LOUNGE (UPSCALE LOOKING LOUNGE, MARTINI BAR) 2.)A SPORTS BAR (SHOWING PEOPLE WATCHING BIG TELEVISION IN BAR & HAVING DRINKS) 3.)BAR & GRILL (IMAGES OF HAMBURGERS, PEOPLE EATING AT BAR WHILE HAVING DRINKS) * CHIROPRACTOR WOULD LIKE IT TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL LOOK TO IT AND SHOW PICTURES OF PEOPLE GETTING X-RAYS OR SHOW AN IMAGE OF AN BACK X-RAY (SPINAL CHORD) Here are 3 examples of templates we already had developed for other categories of sites and this is the kind of work we expect and are looking for: (however do not copy these templates, you must use your own creativity to give us a new look) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] MOST IMPORTANTLY: Even though we are asking to have templates designed we DO NOT want them to look like just basic templates. We want them to have a unique look… Requirements: The templates for this job must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as an html webpage. The templates must be clean and able to function with Cold Fusion (no unnecessary tags or code). We would prefer them to be designed in Macromedia HomeSite or DreamWeaver. Templates must be original, royalty-free, copyright-free and exclusive. The templates you create for us must only be sold to us. All the text needs to be html text. Do not turn the text into graphics because we want to be able to change it in the future. All the images used MUST be optimized gifs or jpegs only! You must send us all files associated with the site css, gifs, jpegs, flash, html, psd, etc… You are only creating ONE page (the Home page) for the business types listed above. The templates need to be very creative and professional...high quality and unique is the objective. Do not create the templates around a "fictional business" because it must be suitable for most ANY business within the above categories. Design the templates to fit in 800x600 and they MUST adjust to larger/smaller resolutions so that they align properly within the web browser (create it to be 770 x 570). The templates must include areas for the following: Name of the Company placed toward the TOP of the page (will be output dynamically from a database), Place for 6 nav buttons (HOWEVER MUST LOOK GOOD WITH JUST 1 NAV BUTTON OR 6), Space for a slogan, space for an opt-in email list, space towards the TOP of page for the company's address, phone and email address information (which is outputted dynamically from a database), and most importantly...an area for the content block which must include 1 or 2 images relevant to business type. ONCE YOU BEGIN WORKING ON THE SITE DO NOT PUT A PLACE FOR COMPANY “NEWS” ON THE TEMPLATES… We will not have that listed on the Templates. Please furnish examples of YOUR work if you bid. We will not accept marginal work. We require quality & originality. No templates. You must agree to revisions as required by us to make the project 100% to our satisfaction. 50% Payment will be made once the job is completed to our satisfaction, the balance after all of the files are delivered in the format set forth above.
