FLV to MP4 conversion resize file and logo watermark

Simple Video conversion from flash to qt-indexed (to allow mp4 player progressive download) You will download videos from my website (will provide link); there are three folders of 11 .flv files you will return to me 3 folders, one folder for each set of 11 videos you will convert the FLV video that is on the website to a qt-indexed .mp4 and add eyeplastics logo/watermark to lower right corner of each video. I will send you a logo set of files in various file formats sample flv [login to view URL] resize the flv file to 800 pixles in width I would like to see and review first file prior progression. If there will video quality loss, I might be abl to locate the SWF file I will escrow 1/3 of the money at the start of the project I will release payment 1/3d of payment after you send me the the 11 fies and I will place escrow the second 1/3 increment
