Redesign 4 Flash Objects

I think I am competent when it comes to coding up actionscript but when it comes to designing I am useless and this is where I really need help in for my project.

I have created a page where you can view the Flash components that I currently have. These components simply record video/audio/image and the final flash object is one that plays back video with a playlist.

My objective is to make my Flash objects to have the look and feel and "slickness" of Brightcove's products. Just like this one: [url removed, login to view]

Design Style:

--> Colours: Silver, grey, black, maybe a hint of light blue (#B1CCDF)

--> A loading animation while the video loads in the player *

--> Conservative & Simple Design

Almost no coding will be involved in Actionscript since functionality is already complete.
