Graphics Guru to help customize Wordpress template

You will be working with a copywriter/marketing specialist to establish a site for an IT Software Development Outsourcing company based in Poland. We are just setting up a presence in UK and need help. You will be altering an existing Wordpress template. Some color changes, some icons, some buttons, some new graphic text.
This process will take about 2 weeks to complete but your input will be minimal. We will communicate the requirements to you for various pieces but total work in 2 weeks not be much.
How much work? There are Home, About Us, some info about past projects, or skills we require. The template we're happy with but just need a little of personalization.
