I am a financial service business, Barnes Capital Pty Ltd we are based in Melbourne, our office is located on the Bay Side area of Melbourne. We have three 3 cores aspects of the business. In the next month I will have established a new retail investment fund under Barnes Capital we will manage the fund. Called Townhouses Australia. The fund will be a retail fund that is offering 15% p.a (simple interest calculation) (this is all just FYI) Our core business services: 1) Writing Mortgages - refinancing, business loans, construction finance, investment loans 2) Townhouses Australia retail investment fund returning 15% per annum (simple interest) paid quality, the funds are used to secure our sites, develop and build our residential townhouses 3) Wealth Creation - A turn key approach to creating wealth. This includes leveraging from their existing equity / investments to accumulate assets such as 'Off-The-Plan' Apartments and Townhouses in growth corridors of Melbourne. Unique alternatives investment that offer competative returns across a wide range of funds. The clients we deal with would normally have come to us looking for a loan to secure investment property, a business or to build a project. Or they came to us looking to build wealth and secure their financial freedom.
