urgent project: format multiple excel files for duplicate entries

we have 20 excel files, each with about 500 rows of data and 10 columns in each row. Each file has unique and duplicate row of data. we need to format data to highlight duplicate data in each file. However note that data could be duplicated across any file. for example file 1 row 20 data might be in file 5, row 10. then this data in file 5 row 10 should be highlighted.

the unique identifier for each data is "product url" column (column E in the file). if the product url is same in other row entries, then it is a duplicate data.

we want to find duplicate entries in each file which should be highlighted as follows:-

1)

files are numbered from 1 to 16. you would start with file 1 and search all other 15 files for duplicate entries of record from file 1. if any entry is duplicate, then that row will be highlighted in "orange color" in those files where this data is found

2) before you move to file 2, if any data in file 2 is already highlighted in orange color, then you would skip this row. otherwise the original file data would be highlighted in your next search that you do in step 3

3)

then you would search file 2, and search all files including file 1. if any data is duplicated, you would follow the same step above. it is important that you skip those data that is already highlighted

4) Repeat this step until the last file. this way all the 20 files would show any duplicate data content that is highlighted.

this is very simple and easy task and it is very urgent, we need this done in one day, without any errors. you would send us back the formatted 20 files that we have sent you.
