Simple excel macro enabled po generator

Hi,
I would like a simple PO genterator.
requirments:
-automatically see the correct date.
-select the suppliers from a drop down list
-have a product description and price colum-
- to be able to add the total value of the products
- generate a PO# (if i click the supplier 'abc' i want the po# to go 'abc001' 'abc002' abc003' etc.... if i pick supplier 'aaa' i want the po# to go 'aaa001' 'aaa002' 'aaa003' and so on.)
then i want to press a button to sumbit it all and place it on another table as like an overview showing 'date, supplier, po#, value. and i want to be able to click on the po# and then it shows me the actual list of products brought.
this is a small budget project.
