Office and Excel Assistant

Looking to employ an energetic, responsible person for an Assistant position.
Must possess great communication skills and the ability to convey a friendly but professional manner over the telephone and in person. A creative eye definitely a plus along with the ability to excel in a high production environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Running errands
Filing
Typing
Executive assistant duties
Other miscellaneous office duties
Position requirements:
High intelligence and personal aptitude to solving problems
Can multi-task and prioritize tasks independently
Really loves people, compassionate, warm, and friendly
Stability and the desire to stay for long-term
Computer proficiency, a reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a valid driver license required.
