Modify software to include excel sheet + populate excel

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! I keep posting as I keep having freelancers not knowing the project. I have some software that gathers odds and displays matches .. all from BETFAIR API I need a excel sheet[ "dutch" tab] linking to my software. I want to be able to press a icon next to each match, which brings up a pop up box with this spreadsheet on. [see attached where to put the icon] The excel spread has 2 columns.. 1 for back & 1 for lay .... The software already gets odds from betfair API, but I need these columns populating with the odds.
