I have been in the customer service industry for 4 years and 4 months. It's actually a non-voice local account. During my stay i become a Universalist agent. First, I handled regular postpaid concerns. These concerns are mostly bill explanation, bill adjustment, account modification, Etc. I am also cross trained as a Loyalty agent who handles subscribers that wants to avail Globe re-contracting program this requires a callout and the other one is the Tier2 CSR position. I handle forwarded concerns from level 1 agent, mostly these subscribers are already unmanageable and irate. These concerns are under our monitoring until it gets resolved.
