Excel Timesheet and Project KPI Dashboard

I need a slick Excel dashboard based on data from timesheet. The timesheet has the date, hours worked, project name/code, activity, area, size of area, project budget, (salary)cost per worker per hour, food allowance. I am looking for a person that can build a dashboard where I can not only see the cost per project and if we are within (based on salary cost) budget but also make visual how much time was spend per activity, per area and compare these values and the cost within one project. The activities (up to 12 different activities) are always the same per area (a project could have up to 20 areas) but the times spend on these activities per area will likely differ, I want the dashboard to make this visible not only by a number. The dashboard or multiple dasboards must also be able to compare the different projects (up to 20) on key performance indicators and present all this in a slick way (not only column charts) with an easy interface (Slicers etc.). There is no need to develop a timesheet, just use the existing data that is generated on a daily base. If you are an Excel Ninja, are creative with making dashboards and expert in visualizing data analysis, then this might be an interesting challenge for you.
